No major works have been carried out on our building work inside the museum while we have been open to the public, but some things have been going on in the background.
We have at last had the main electric intake board moved, which has allowed for the last bit of the old wall to be demolished in the new cafe area.
In the gents toilets the tiling is going up and the urinals installed.
The walls in the new kitchen area have been plastered and bricked up to meet the ceiling. All the noggins in the ground floor ceiling have been installed, ready for painting with fire retardant paint.
