NOTES FOR VISITORS

The major building renovation project happening inside the Museum is still continuing, so while certain areas of the building will be off limits, the Society will be welcoming visitors back for events and Open Sundays throughout 2024.

We open for our Easter Event on Sunday 31st March. Full details can be found in our events pages.

Remember to check our Facebook page and this website for news updates.

HOW TO MAKE A DONATION TO OUR SOCIETY
You can help raise money for Castle Point Transport Museum Society and the Canvey Island Transport Museum by donating online at our Just Giving page.

Our society relies on donations – they are our lifeblood, and help to ensure that we can keep the Museum open and safe for visitors, and pursue improvement and renovation projects for both the buildings and the exhibits  owned by the Society.

Thank you for your support!

GENERAL INFORMATION
During times when the Museum is open, there is no charge for entry on scheduled Open Sundays, though your donations to support the Society and Museum are very welcome and Museum volunteers will be on hand to show you around and answer your questions.

Check this website regularly, or follow our Facebook page for details of Special Events as they are planned.

New members and volunteers are also very welcome!
Please email our membership secretary for information about membership of the Castle Point Transport Museum Society.
