DESCRIPTION:We are celebrating a few birthdays this year. \n  \nThe Museum was officially formed in 1979\, making it 45 years old. \nThe Bus garage/Museum buildings was originally built in 1934\, making it 90th years old. \nThe Museum’s Bristol K5G\, JVW 430\, was built in 1944\, making it 80 years old. \n  \n \n  \nWe are arranging a special day with a 1940’s/50’s/60’s/70’s/ 80’s & 90’s theme. \nWe will have a Craft Market inside the Museum\, with live music and dancing. \nCome in your favourite style of 40’s – 80’s fashion\, Prize for the best two. \n  \nWe will also have a visiting Vehicle show on Labworth Green\, with a link bus service between the Museum and the Monico on the seafront\, just to the east of Labworth Green. Please note that these are Vintage Buses so pushchairs will have to be folded and taken inside with you. \nEntries for the Vehicle show close at midnight on Wednesday 9th October. \n
